Create Account 18yo — Begin Malaysia's Best Entertainment Experience

The 18yo platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions under any circumstances. During registration, you are required to confirm that you have reached the age of 18. 18yo reserves the right to request proof of age in the form of an official Malaysian identification document at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately with no refund.

Registering an 18yo account typically takes less than two minutes. Simply complete a short registration form, verify your Malaysian phone number using the OTP sent via SMS, and your account will be ready to use immediately. A more thorough identity verification (KYC) process is only required once your cumulative withdrawal amount reaches a certain threshold, and can be completed by submitting a copy of your MyKad or other valid government-issued identification.

The 18yo platform is designed exclusively for Malaysian users and only accepts Malaysian phone numbers (+60) for registration and OTP verification purposes. This is part of our identity verification process to ensure all members are based in Malaysia. If you encounter any issues with your phone number during registration, please contact the 18yo support team at [email protected] for assistance.

If you haven't received your OTP within 2 minutes of submitting the registration form, try the following steps: first, verify that the Malaysian phone number you entered is correct and active; second, make sure your phone has a stable network connection; third, tap the "Resend OTP" button that appears after 60 seconds; fourth, check your SMS spam folder if applicable. If the issue persists after two attempts, please contact the 18yo support team via live chat or email [email protected] with your phone number for prompt assistance.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active 18yo account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious violation of 18yo's Terms & Conditions. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended and any bonuses or winnings accumulated during the violation period may be forfeited. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our team for proper assistance.
