01Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "You") and the 18yo ("we", "the platform" or "18yo") with respect to the use of the website, services, and all games provided under the 18yo.my domain.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 18yo platform, you expressly or implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide which are each considered part of the overall agreement between you and 18yo.

02Member Eligibility

To be eligible for 18yo membership and to use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You are an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity.
• You are not accessing the 18yo platform from any region or jurisdiction where online gaming activities are prohibited.
• You are not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gaming platform, including 18yo itself.
• You are not considered an "exposed person" under any applicable protection laws.
• The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete in every respect.

18yo reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in the temporary suspension of your account until verification is completed.

03Registration & Account Management

Registration for a 18yo account is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. When registering, you must:

• Using an active, valid email address that only you have access to.
• Registering an active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification purposes.
• Setting a strong and unique password for your 18yo account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Registering more than one account, whether using the same or a different identity, is a serious breach of terms. 18yo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of this violation.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

18yo accepts deposits via a range of popular digital payment methods in Malaysia. All methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals:

05Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings at 18yo is subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• Your account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process once your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds the stipulated limit.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit on the first round. Requests to a different method will require additional review.

07General Game Rules

• The outcome of each game round is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified through 18yo's system logs.
• In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during an active game round, 18yo will restore the state to the point before the disruption occurred, based on valid server records.

09Account Closure & Suspension

An 18yo account may be closed or suspended for a number of reasons:

The official language of these Terms is Malay.
